West Stonebridge
West Stonebridge is conveniently located at just off Highway 27 and approx 15 minutes drive to Disney. It is a peaceful community - a retreat from the theme parks at the end of the day. Good shopping, restaurants and other attractions are all within easy reach and some of the best golf courses in Florida are close by. The community contains a volleyball court.

Tuscan Ridge
On Highway 27, Tuscan Ridge offers a peaceful and immaculately maintained community creating an atmosphere of exclusivity. It is surrounded by orange groves and conservation areas. There are also tennis courts and playground on site.

Sunset Ridge
Conveniently located for I-4 which takes you directly up to the theme parks, a 10 min drive away. This is a brand new development for 2005. During 2006, there are plans to build a large shopping complex just a 5 min drive away which will provide more services close by. There are no on site amenities however, shops and restaurants are close by.

Orange Tree
We have recently taken on a number of brand new villas on this sub-division and all are of an extremely high standard. Orange Tree provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere only a 10 min drive from Disney. It also has the added advantage of having a supermarket a 3 min drive from the community entrance.

Emerald Island
Emerald Island is a development in demand. With its grand entrance of dolphin fountains and it's carefully landscaped grounds, this community is very picturesque. There is also a wide variety of different villa designs which enhance the character of Emerald Island . Approx 5 mins drive to Disney.

Facilities on site include: Gated entrance, clubhouse, communal pool and spa, poolside bar, volleyball court, children's playground, picnic areas and a nature trail.

Rolling Hills
Rolling Hills has the distinct advantage of being very close to the Disney theme parks. They are approx 5 mins drive away. Although there are no on site amenities in this established community, restaurants, shops and entertainment are all close by.

Indian Creek
Close to the Disney theme parks (approx 10 mins drive) this is a popular area for Disney holiday makers. Located close to Splendid China area with a large variety of shops and restaurants a 5 minute drive away. Some of the villas overlook forest conservation areas.

Facilities on site include: Putting green, tennis court, volley ball court, children's playground and a picnic area.

Hampton Lakes
15 minutes from Disney, this is one of the areas sought after by holiday makers wishing to visit the main theme parks. The villas here are large, offering spacious living accommodation and pool areas.

Facilities on site include: Communal pool, tennis courts, children's playground and basketball court.

Solana
A newly built and well thought out community on Highway 27. Solana is approx 15 mins drive from the Disney attractions and is a 5 min drive from the nearest golf course. A supermarket is also within 5 mins drive. There are many amenities being completed for this sub-division (call office for updates). Solana is a gated community.

Facilities on site include: Clubhouse, large communal pool and spa, fitness suite, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts.

Windwood Bay
Windwood Bay is a beautiful community, very close to the Champions Gate Golf Course and 15 mins drive from Disney. As it is part residential and part holiday home, the community has taken on a more individual feel and is extremely well maintained. There is also a beautiful nature trail around Lake Madison close by and conservation areas surround the community.

The Sanctuary
This is one of the premier locations in Orlando . With its tree lined boulevards and red bricked avenues, the atmosphere is very upmarket. Both Sanctuary and Hamlets have the additional benefit of being very close to Champions Gate Golf Course, the world renowned Greg Norman designed course. Although there are no on site facilities, both communities are approx 12 mins drive to the Disney attractions. Shops, restaurants and take-aways are all very close.

Hamlets Shires Westhaven
Ths is a small gated community with beautifully landscaped communal areas. As you enter West Haven down the palm tree lined boulevard, you soon realize this is one of the newer, more up-market communities. You'll be just minutes away from Junction 58 of the I4 giving easy access to all the theme parks, golf courses and shopping areas. Disney is only 15 minutes, Universal and Seaworld about 20 minutes.

Terrace Ridge Town Centre
Terrace Ridge Town Center is an gated community. The streets are lined with palm trees and the villas and gardens have all been maintained to an extremely high standard. Each villa was built sympathetically with the rural surrounds and many back onto either a lake or a conservation woodland area. This is a small, exclusive community. However, Disney is very close by, being slightly less than a 10 minute drive away. Local shops and restaurants are also within easy reach.

Sandy Ridge
Sandy Ridge is a community set in unspoilt countryside. The community has many small lakes and the wetlands have been used to create a very peaceful backdrop to the beautiful vacation homes. However, Disney theme parks are just over a 10 minute drive and the supermarkets, shopping and restaurants are also only a short drive away. Champions Gate Golf Course is very close by.

Southern Dunes
Southern Dunes offers a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere in upmarket and well maintained grounds with many villas having views over the fairways. The facilities offered at Southern Dunes are also extensive:

4.5 star rated golf course, club house with restaurant, bar, and shop, 24 hr manned, gated entrance, 3 communal pools with sun decks, kids playground and tennis courts.

Aylesbury
Aylesbury is a single cul-de-sac, set in a quiet residential area just off the highway 27. The community is approx. 5 mins drive from the I-4 so is ideally placed for the theme parks.

Aviana
Aviana has been built with the more discerning guest in mind. Each terracotta roof tiled villa is of a high specification, set in a gated community close to theme parks, shops and other facilities. Facilities planned for this community are: club house, cyber café, small onsite shop, fitness room, volleyball court and spa. Watersong
The emphasis here is on a very high spec vacation home in a more natural environment, retaining many of the woodland features. Each villa looks out onto tranquil lakes, providing the vacationer with a very private and peaceful holiday home.

Terra Verde
An Italian feel has been chosen for the architecture to this gated community of town homes and larger 6 and 7 bed villas. The townhomes are a little different to most in that they have either hot tubs or small individual swimming pools. Many overlook a conservation area backing onto a fish filled lake. Amenities onsite include club house, communal pool with hot tub, a bar area, childrens play park and a day spa offering wonderful pampering treatments. There is also a sandy beach at the lakeside, a basketball court, internet room, a games room and a gym area.

Tuscan Hills
This gated community combines the relaxed nature of Florida living with all the amenities of modern America. Close to Disney (approx 10 mins drive) each villa has been designed very slightly different to ensure that the overall look of the area is not “generic estate” style. Facilities include a clubhouse with a very good restaurant, tennis courts and an internet café facility. Care has been taken to ensure that the area is completed with palm trees lining the roads and a wonderful European style fountain in front of the Clubhouse.

Calabay Parc at Tower Lakes
For those familiar with the original Calabay Parc, it will come as no surprise to note that the new Calabay Parc at Tower Lake has been built with care and attention to detail. This gated community has just opened (late 2007) with elegant villas situated in a community where many properties have a lake side location. The planned amenities include a club house, boat ramp, fishing pier, water sports facilities, a pic nic area and a children’s playground. As this is a new development for 2007, some facilities are not yet available so please contact us for current details.

Sunset Lakes
Sunset Lakes is just 1 mile from the famous Emerald Island resort and also just 5 minutes from Disney. This gated community has many mature shrubs and trees giving a very relaxed atmosphere to this spacious area.

Clear Creek
Clear Creek boasts a number of beautiful conservation and lake views and is laced with mature plants and trees native to Florida. It also provides a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere only a 10 min drive from Disney. With the added advantage of having supermarkets, restaurants and bars a 3 min drive from the community entrance it makes this community ideal no matter what your holiday plans.

Encantada
Encantada is a beautiful resort centrally located amongst Orlando’s biggest draws. Minutes from theme parks, designer outlets malls, an hour from sun drenched beaches and close to first-class golf courses. Not to mention shopping, dining and local entertainment that is all within walking distance.

Westbury
Westbury is a development of Davenport, Florida, 2 minutes south from I-4 on Highway 27. Bordered by Orange Groves, this neighborhood is 15 minutes from Disney, and within an easy drive of many golf courses, including Champions Gate, Southern Dunes and Highland’s Reserve.
