Villas With Pools All our
vacation villas have private pools, ensuite bathrooms to master bedrooms and fully
equipped kitchens with all the modern appliances. We have three bedroom, four
bedroom, five bedroom, six bedroom and seven bedroom luxury holiday homes. All
are privately owned homes and have been decorated to individual high standards.
Some homes additionally have games rooms with pool tables, air hockey or fussball
and some have spas. A select number also have high speed internet connection.
Villas
range in size from a 3 bedroom 1,300 sq ft to a huge 7 bedroom villa 3,000 sq
ft. Our
villas have three easy to understand quality levels: Superior, Premium
and Premium Plus. Superior:
All homes are at the highest end of the vacation home market. Most are under 3
years in age and are situated in or very close to the best golf courses in Florida.
All homes are privately owned and as such are all individually decorated to a
high standard. All come with Master bedrooms with queen size beds & en-suite
bathrooms. All have private swimming pools. The homes have spacious lounges, dining
areas and fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers, full size oven, fridge and
microwaves. There is a separate laundry room in every house. Premium:
All premium homes have the same basic charm and characteristics of a standard
property but with an extra twist. They will have view of either fairways lakes
or conservation areas. They may have views of fairways or lakes or conservation
areas or have other additional extras such as a spa or games room. Premium
Plus: All Premium Plus homes have the same features of a standard and premium
property but will have a higher level of in home technology available. These homes
may have a wireless high speed internet connection to allow connection by the
renters own lap top (provided it is powered with mobile technology). Some homes
may have a games console others may have a games area with various table games
like air hockey or Fuss ball. Stock is limited.
