Since 2004, Fairways Florida Villas has been hand picking vacation homes to manage with the purpose of ensuring high standards of homes for your vacation! At Fairways we understand it’s the little things which make you notice us. That’s why we go out of our way to make sure you have the best experience with us, from the second you walk through the door! All of our villas are carefully inspected prior to your arrival and a Welcome Pack placed to refresh you after your long journey. We’ve cut out the extra bit of having to find our office before you reach your destination too! Just head directly to your vacation home and start to relax immediately! And, if you need something, just call us! We’ll do our best to make sure you have everything you need quickly!

Because we hand pick our homes to manage and rent, we know that each home meets our high standards for accommodation and location to make sure you have the perfect vacation! Each home has been individually decorated and furnished and our inspection teams check each home after each departure to make sure that any maintenance issues are found and resolved throughout the year. No more bland or tired hotel rooms – just wonderful, fresh and clean spacious vacation rooms for the family every time!

Many of our staff have been with us for a very long time so are very familiar with each home, the communities and our customers too! Gail Walker – President

Gail wanted to make sure the company looked after homes and provided the sort of services for guests that she would want to experience herself! Since 2004, she made sure that each team member had the same ideals and goals as herself and this is how the company is as well respected as it is now! Gail splits her time between the Florida Office and the UK giving her a dual aspect to the business needs.

Karen Allen – General Manager

Karen has a strong corporate leadership background, as well has having owned a business in the property management sector, so she knows exactly what is expected by owners and guests alike! Under Karen’s guidance, the company has continued to grow from strength to strength and she has become firm friends with many of our owners.

Kristy Hughes – Reservations

Kristy heads up Reservations with a wealth of experience. This area of the business can be extremely busy in a competitive market and Kristy’s calm and helpful demeanour ensures that guests are always her first priority, whatever the request!

Karen Barham and Team – Maintenance and Inspections

Maintenance and Inspection is a particularly important department in the company, and the team are always on hand to make sure that the homes are kept up to standards for every guest. Karen has a great eye for home co-ordination and interior decoration so knows just how to make a home really stand out on a website! Kirsten and Jay’s customer service skills have brought in many compliments from home owners and guests alike! Chris has proved invaluable to the team, bringing years of practical maintenance experience to deal with pretty much anything a home needs!
