A contemporary end-townhome located on the premium gated Paradise Palms Resort. The 5 bedroom property offers plenty of space to comfortably sleep 10 and boasts a south facing private pool. The spectacular resort amenities are just 2 mins walk, plus all of the popular restaurants, stores and attractions a short drive given the central location.

Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofa seating and a large screen to relax in the evening. The kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your family and features granite countertops / stainless steel appliances. Grab a quick bite at the breakfast bar, or enjoy a family meal at the dining table.

The private outdoor area has a shaded covered area, also with patio table and chairs. The pool deck faces south, so receives the Florida sunshine throughout the day – perfect for spending a day splashing in the pool or relaxing on the loungers sipping a cool drink. Pool heating is available at an additional cost.

There are three kingsize bedrooms in the home! One located downstairs, the other two are upstairs – each luxuriously decorated. The other bedroom downstairs has two fullsize beds. There is a further bedroom upstairs with two twin beds that the children will love. Each room has its own TV, and new plank flooring has been installed throughout.

This townhome located at the end of the row is one of the closest in walking distance to resort amenities offering a large variety of high-class facilities exciting for those of all ages. The stunning clubhouse features a front desk concierge, fitness center, 50-seat cinema, arcade/games room and small store for essentials. Outdoors there is a 5000 sqft tropical oasis swimming pool with slides, waterfall and grotto plus kids play pool. Get active with sports courts, including tennis, basketball and beach volleyball. The hot tub and sauna provide the perfect means to relax and then head to the tiki bar to grab a bite to eat and sip a cocktail as the sun goes down.

Paradise Palms is only 10-15 minutes from Disney and 20-25 minutes from Universal. There is a Publix, Target and a 24hr Walmart within a couple of miles from the resort, as well as a variety of dining and shopping options.

Incredible stay and a fabulous home! Thank you to Jenn and family for a fantastic 10 day stay. The home was incredible, cozy, spacious and felt like home away from home. The beach vibe was so refreshing after a long winter. Resort was perfect. Felt safe and at home the entire time. Lanai and pool was our favourite place to relax after busy days out and about.

The accommodations had everything we needed and more.

Memories made that will last forever. Highly recommended.

We recommand this place for sure. The pool is facing south so lots of sun, the kitchen is fully furnished and very clean. You can tell the owner are taking care of it. Jen was very helpful, she went way over to help us anytime we reached out to her. She helped find another place to rent before we cold move into her place. Can't wait to go back next winter. The minute I walked in the door to this beautiful house, I felt at home! We had the most wonderful and relaxing vacation and we can't wait to return next year! The owner, Jennifer and her husband make sure you have everything you need during your stay. Any problems were quickly resolved and you are made to feel important. The location is perfect to any of the parks and it's just a walk across the street to the clubhouse pool ! You won't be disappointed!

Our family booked a second trip in 2022 because our first trip staying here was so wonderful. The townhouse has everything you could need for a home away from home feel. The smaller private pool in the back is great for morning and evening swims, and right across the street is the clubhouse with a beautiful pool and great lunch spot. The drive to Disney and Universal was under 15 minutes for the days we wanted to experience those. We cannot say enough good things and can’t wait to go back!

My family of 6 stayed here for a few weeks in December 2022 over Christmas and we had a fantastic time.
The house is large and bright and has everything you need. So comfortable! The splash pool is heated and so convenient. So close to the main clubhouse that has a large heated pool, arcade, movie theater and a restaurant that serves food and drinks.
The location of the house is perfect. We did Universal, beaches, deep sea fishing https://orlandoprincess.com/ , orange picking https://showcaseofcitrus.com/ . Going to the World of Food Trucks https://www.worldfoodtrucks.com/ which is just a 15 minute drive is definitely worth it. There is a flea market there along with many many delicious food trucks.
Many restaurants, grocery stores, walmart/target, liquor stores and of course souvenir shops all right there.
We will definitely be back!

First trip to Florida (October) and could not have asked for better accommodations. Clean, well maintained, extremely spacious, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated and close to all amendities. This home had so much to offer and even had surprise welcome packs upon arrival. The club house (right across the road) also had lots to offer with its large pool, hot tubs, cinema, restaurant, etc. I will be booking again shortly.

Our 2 families (total 9 people) stayed in this beautiful home in May, 2022 for 8 nights and it was fantastic! Highly recommend!! The owners are very friendly and quick to respond to questions. The home was very clean and had very comfortable furniture/beds. The home was equipped with everything we needed (kitchen needs, towels etc) including lots of closet and dresser space in the bedrooms. We enjoyed the home's private splash pool and the big pool, hot tub and gym at the beautiful clubhouse. It was really convenient that the clubhouse was a one minute walk from the home. We spent some days at Disney and Universal that are only a short drive! We can't wait to go back and stay at this beautiful home!

If you are looking to rent a home in Paradise Palms, this is the Perfect home for you. Whether you are a small family or large gathering this home has it all. Every room has its personal touch! The backyard is a little oasis, with its pool, outdoor lighting, lounge chairs and privacy. You are literally a short walk across the street to the Clubhouse, very convenient!
If you need anything or have questions about the home during your stay the owners are very prompt on a response and extremely accommodating. They aim for perfection!!!!
I have rented this home for just over a month and we enjoyed our time immensely, it truly felt like Home.
look no more!!!! You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

Stayed at this fabulous rental in March. Amazing stay! We had 8 people in our group and was so roomy and comfortable! Gorgeous place with everything we needed. Comfortable beds, great closets and drawers for all of our clothes, lovely private pool, so close to walk to the club house and main pool. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to go back!
